Rutina para tono muscular y fat burn HIIT

Si cero te gusta descansar durante los entrenamientos, y estás dispuesto a dar el 100%: haz esta rutina de alta intensidad que propone el coach Jeremy Scott desde su Instagram @jeremyscottfitness

Es un formato AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), tantos rounds como puedas en 20 minutos.

Instrucciones

1 round lo integran:

  • 10 pullups (dominadas)

  • 10 squat jumps, sentadilla con salto
  • 30 segundos en Assault bike con resistencia alta.

  • 10 curl de biceps con press de hombro
  • 10 abdominales con rueda (ab wheel rollout)

8 minute workout

  • 100 saltos de cuerda

¡Haz tantos rounds como puedas en 30 minutos! Jeremy Scott logra 9 rounds.

  • Descansa solo cuando lo necesites.
