Qué es un detox, beneficios y recetas

¡Va una dieta DETOX muestra para que puedan hacerla eventualmente por 5 a 10 días!

Lo fundamental de un DETOX, además de darte un “break” de alimentos “duros de digerir”; es procurar “alcalinizarte” con una dieta alcalina (valga la redundancia), es decir, comer alimentos que reduzcan la acidez y exceso de toxinas, resultado de un exceso de radicales libres; e inflamación celular que se dan a causa de la mala selección de alimentos, y los efectos tóxicos del medio ambiente y estilo de vida “acelerado y poco cuidadoso”.

En esta dieta DETOX de 5 días:

  • Vas a comer sólo alimentos alcalinos.dieta-detox-en-5-dias
  • Vas a eliminar al 100% alimentos ácidos como: los de origen animal y derivados; azúcares, cereales y harinas refinadas.
  • Vas a comer o tomar algo cada 3 horas, idealmente debería
    s hacerla tal cual, pero una variante para que sea más fácil es que cada día tomes el mismo jugo o/y ensalada, dependiendo lo que toque en el tiempo de comida. Y vayas variando cada día.

Hay lugares en los que incluso puedes pedir los jugos y te los llevan a casa o puedes pasar por ellos, como Belvid en Lindavista o Elixir Detox.

El ejercicio será de baja a moderada intensidad. Te recomiendo:

  • Clase de yoga, taichí o pilates.
  • Podría ser también caminata ligera o rápida por máximo 1 hora.
  • O incluso podrías nadar lento o tomar una clase de aquaerobics.

La Dieta DETOX por Kei Fitness

Por la mañana al despertar

• ½ vaso de aagua y limongua tibia
• ½ limón
• 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva extra-virgen
• 1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzana orgánico



Jugo/ Smoothie Verde
• 1 vaso de jugo de naranjaLicuado-verde-adelgazar-500x331
• 1 taza de piña
• ½ nopal
• 2 tallos de apio
• 1 cucharadita de linaza
• 1 cucharada de chía
• 1 cucharadita de miel de agave o de abeja


Snack 1
• 2 tazas de uvas ó ciruelas

• 1 cucharada de granola o amaranto

• 1 cucharadita de miel de abeja (opcional)


Snack 2

Jugo/ licuado Antioxidante
• 2 tazas de berries (fresas, zarzamoras, arándanos)
• 1 vaso de jugo de toronja
• ½ limón
• Espinacas, kale o acelgas
• 1 cucharadita de alga espirulina



Ensalada verde1-ensalada-verde
• Mezcla de hojas verdes: acelgas, espinacas, lechuga, kale, arúgula, etc.
• Tallos de apio
• 1 naranja, toronja o mandarina en gajos
• 5 ó 6 fresas
• ½ papa cocida
• ½ taza de frijoles, o habas cocidas
• ½ aguacate
• 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
• 1 cucharadita de vinagre balsámico o de vinagre de manzana orgánico
• 2 cucharadas sopera de nueces, almendras o pistaches

Snack 3
• 1 manzana ó 1 peraJugo-de-tomate
• 1 vaso de leche de almendras ó 1 cucharada de almendras, nueces o avellanas
Jugo/ licuado Rojo
• 1 vaso de jugo de tomate
• ½ vaso de jugo de zanahoria
• ½ vaso de jugo de betabel
• 1 limón
• 1 cucharadita de miel de agave


¡Listo! Inténtala mínimo 3 días, máximo 10 e idealmente 5. Te sentirás súper y estarás listo para hacer cambios significativos en ti. 

Nota: Este plan está contemplado para una persona que pese alrededor de 60kg y que no haga ejercicio. De hacerlo, procurar que sea a intensidad moderada y llevar consigo un sobre de miel de abeja por si hay fatiga excesiva. Si pesas más de 70kg, aumenta la cantidad de los snacks y jugos máximo en un 50%.

Si los jugos/licuados te parecen muy espesos, agrega agua natural al gusto.
