Si entrenas fuerte, ya sea para ganar masa muscular o te estás preparando para una prueba de larga distancia como maratón, triatlón, cruce de aguas abiertas o Ironman, necesitas mucha energía disponible para tener fuerza en los entrenamientos, además de proteína para la reparación muscular y evitar procesos catabólicos. Por eso, te doy esta receta que puedes preparar como licuado o como un súper plato de frutas.

La receta es para 2 personas ó para que te rinda para 2 días: 
– 5 Fresas 🍓
– 8 Moras
– 10 Uvas 🍇
– 10 Cerezas 🍒
– 1 cucharada de Semillas de Hemp
– 3 cucharadas de Avena
– 1 cucharada de Chía
– 1 taza de Yogurt griego
– 1 cucharadita de Miel
