Leche dorada, qué es y cómo se prepara

La leche dorada se prepara con cúrcuma o turmerico, un condimento clásico de la comida hindú y base también de la medicina Ayurveda de la India. Tiene propiedades desinflamatorias, anticancer, aumenta el sistema inmune y ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.

La conocida también como leche tumérica, es fácil de preparar y sabe rico.

¿Cómo prepararla?

Ingredientes:

  • 3 tazas de bebida de almendra sin azúcar. Las almendras tienen grasas buenas, proteínas y minerales. La vitamina E evita el envejecimiento celular.
  • 2 cdas de miel de abeja cruda
  • 4 cdas de cúrcuma. La cúrcuma es una especia dorada con propiedades antibacterianas, antivirales, antiinflamatorias, antioxidantes y antisépticas.
  • 1 cdita de aceite de coco
  • 1 trozo de canela. La canela ayuda a estabilizar los niveles de azúcar en el cuerpo, impidiendo que tengas picos de insulina.
  • 2 cdas de cardamomo. El cardamomo es una especia con aceites esenciales, un poco de almidón y buena cantidad de fibra. Es antiinflamatoria y con propiedades diuréticas. Es un acelerador de metabolismo.
  • 1 trozo de 4 cm de jengibre rallado. El jengibre es la raíz del bienestar, gracias al gingerol, un componente fitoquímico con propiedades desinflamatorias que inhibe la activación de los mecanismos de envejecimiento celular.

¡Solo pon todo a hervir y mezcla poco a poco!

¿Qué es un antioxidante?

Las células del cuerpo se oxidan naturalmente, el oxígeno (O2) es de los principales combustibles en el cuerpo, sin él ninguna célula podría existir. Como reacción química de su metabolismo, el oxígeno produce radicales libres, que son moléculas con electrones de sobra que combinan con las células de carbohidratos, lípidos y proteínas como el colágeno. El contacto con los radicales libres hace que las células se oxiden y contaminen a otras en una reacción en cadena. Esto se previene consumiendo antioxidantes porque ayudan a romper las reacciones en cadena.
